A charming pair of hand-painted porcelain cabinet vases dating to around 1900.
Each vase features finely painted game birds in natural landscapes against softly blended ivory, ochre and green grounds with rich gilded highlights and deep green neck bands. The decoration is executed in the popular late Victorian style, with each vase displaying a different bird scene, making them an attractive complementary pair.
