Unmarked Chinese ceramic brush washer or bowl with a pale celadon-green crackle glaze and repeating brown lion or mythical beast decoration around the exterior. Shaped rim and strongly developed crackle throughout the glaze.
Approx. 15 cm diameter × 6.5 cm high.
Vintage condition with glaze crazing/crackle and minor age-related wear as photographed. Unmarked to base. Age and kiln attribution unknown, so listed conservatively as a decorative Chinese celadon-style piece rather than attributed to a particular period.
