Antique Old England For Ever Embroidered Silk Postcard Clasped Hands

Embroidered textile postcard captioned Old England for ever, with clasped hands, rose, thistle and shamrock in an embossed card mount. Reverse identifies importer and manufacturer O’Flynn, Ludgershall, Wilts. Pencil message headed Perham Down, dated 16 September with year unclear, addressed to Salisbury, South Australia. No stamp or postmark visible.

Condition: Age toning, staining around the textile window, worn corners, edge wear and creasing. Embroidery has loose or frayed threads, particularly around the clasped hands. Pencil writing on reverse. Please examine both photographs for condition.
