This title bears the “NFD” designation and dates to 1914–1918, prior to Newfoundland joining Canada in 1949. The Newfoundland Regiment is historically significant and highly collectible, particularly due to its service and heavy losses at Beaumont-Hamel during the Battle of the Somme.
