A classic piece of mid-century Western Australian pottery by Wembley Ware, Subiaco. This striking dish is modelled as a marron set across a richly textured lettuce leaf, finished in a vivid green lustre glaze with strong iridescent highlights.
The sculptural form and high-gloss finish give it real presence on the table or shelf. A well-known “Fancy Ware” design, and one of the more desirable figural forms from the Wembley range.
