Produced in the early to mid-20th century, the Valet Auto Strop system was an innovative self-stropping safety razor that allowed the blade to be sharpened without removal. This example retains its textured brass handle, razor head, fitted Bakelite storage case and original instruction booklet, making it an appealing collector's set.
The richly marbled Bakelite case is embossed "Valet Auto Strop Safety Razor" to the interior lid and remains in good condition with its internal compartments intact.
