Vintage Murano Glass Vase – Cobalt Blue Satin – “Sunset ’66” Label – Italy – 26 cm

Striking mid-century Murano art glass vase in deep cobalt blue with a satin (acid-etched) finish. The elegant form features a rounded bulb body rising into a long slender neck, sitting on a contrasting frosted pedestal base.

The underside retains its original label reading “SUNSET ’66 – Made in Italy – Murano.” Pieces with these labels were typically imported Murano decorative glass sold through giftware retailers during the 1960s–70s.

The intense cobalt colour and minimalist sculptural profile give it a strong Italian modernist / Scandinavian-influenced look, making it an excellent display piece for mid-century interiors.
