Late Victorian / Federation-era hall table, circa 1890–1910.
Features a rectangular top with inlaid border and central oval marquetry panel, supported by turned legs and stretcher base. The base has been painted black at some stage, contrasting with the warm timber top.
Compact proportions make it suitable as:
