A charming late-Victorian cranberry hanging glass bowl, decorated with acid-etched floral and foliate motifs and fitted with its original brass rim and swing handle. The glass has a rich cranberry tone with excellent translucency, and the etched decoration remains crisp and well defined.
These bowls were produced as decorative parlour pieces — often used as small jardinières, candle bowls, or simply suspended as ornamental glass. The brass mount shows honest age-related patina consistent with late 19th-century manufacture.
