A substantial Victorian cranberry glass bowl featuring a rich ruby-cranberry body and a continuous band of applied clear glass prunts around the shoulder. The glass shows clear hand-worked characteristics, with excellent colour saturation and weight.
This form sits firmly in the decorative Victorian table glass category rather than utilitarian finger bowls. The applied prunts are well-defined and evenly spaced, adding texture and visual lift. A strong standalone display piece, or ideal as a centre bowl for a sideboard or cabinet.
