A tall Royal Winton (Grimwades Ltd.) lustreware vase dating to the late interwar period, circa 1935–40.
Standing at 40 cm, this is an uncommon large-format example—likely produced for showroom or export rather than standard domestic use.

Hand-enamelled floral decoration is applied over an iridescent lustre ground, with transfer outline infilled in enamel and finished with gilt edging. The opalescent glaze shifts tone with changing light, ranging from soft mauves to rose.

Produced in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, during a period when Royal Winton briefly explored high-style Art Deco finishes alongside its well-known chintz ceramics. No chips, cracks or repairs noted on inspection. Fine age-related crazing to glaze consistent with period.

A statement piece suited to central console, hallway elevation or display cabinet.
