A striking mid century divided serving platter featuring a rich caramel brown ground with vivid lava-style glaze decoration in orange, yellow and cream. The textured, almost volcanic surface sits over a speckled base, a classic late 1960s–70s aesthetic associated with studio and Japanese export ceramics.
The form is a practical four-section relish or hors d’oeuvres platter with a central well, ideal for entertaining. Strong colour, generous size and sculptural glaze make this a standout display piece when not in use.
