A striking mid-century Australian pottery peacock wall plaque, mould-marked W16.
Finished in a lustrous pastel glaze blending aqua, lemon, and rose tones with a gold-tipped beak, this elegant ceramic wall bird captures the optimism and colour of 1950s Australian décor.
These peacocks were often produced in mirrored pairs and remain highly collectable examples of Australian MCM lustreware.
🦚 Approx. 45 cm long. Fitted with hanging cord, ready to display.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, no cracks or repairs. Minor age-related glaze wear only.
