Large Indonesian teak bench with an extensively hand-carved back, scrolling arms, turned front legs and spindle detail.
The high back is particularly well carved with repeating floral, foliate and traditional decorative motifs, while the broad solid timber seat retains attractive grain and age-related character.

Vintage condition with expected marks, surface wear and variation to the timber consistent with age and use. As with all timber furniture, prolonged exposure to weather is not recommended.
