Substantial Indonesian teak three-door wardrobe featuring extensive hand-carved decoration throughout.
The outer doors are centred with large scrolling floral and foliate carved panels, while the central door and three lower drawers feature repeating geometric carving. Further floral carving runs across the projecting cornice.
Internally, the wardrobe is divided into a shelved compartment to the left and a larger hanging compartment with timber rail to the centre and right. Three drawers provide additional storage below.
Constructed from solid timber with the natural variation, knots, tool marks and irregularities characteristic of Indonesian carved furniture. Presented in good vintage condition with expected marks and wear from age and use. Please refer to photographs.
