A rare and decorative Casige miniature sewing machine, made in Germany circa 1920s. Built from tin\, this charming hand-crank model is finished in glossy black enamel and decorated with vibrant red and gilt floral transfers—a signature Casige design.
Originally produced as a child’s sewing machine (and sometimes sold as a compact travel model), it remains one of the most collectible miniature machines of its era. Casige, based in Saxony, Germany, was among the most prolific toy sewing machine makers of the early 20th century, exporting worldwide.
